Welcome to SPY (WhatsInMind). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and store your data during our Founder Testing phase.

1. Data We Collect

• Mobile Number & OTP: We use your mobile number strictly for authentication via OTP. We do not share this with third parties. Your mobile number acts as your Secure Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) anchor.
• Location Data: We collect your Country and Pincode to provide locally relevant reflections in the feed. Precise GPS location is not actively tracked without your permission.

2. Data Storage

Your reflections, updates, and profile settings are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure. During V1 testing, data storage is optimized for performance and basic recovery.

3. Anonymity

We prioritize your privacy. While your identity is linked to your mobile number internally, your posts on the public feed are fully anonymous unless you choose to reveal personal details in the text itself.

4. Special Note on V1 Testing

This is an early-stage prototype (V1). As such, complex GDPR documentation, separate Cookie Policies, and Data Processing Agreements are not yet implemented. By participating in this Founder Testing, you acknowledge the experimental nature of the platform.
